喺網上見到呢間拉麵好似幾耍家下,見佢咁近灣仔地鐵站就過去灣仔試一試佢哋啲拉麵得唔得。餐廳係一樓,地下有個好大嘅紅色鳥居,大大個人形紙牌寫住日本傳奇拉麵大師竹麓輔創辦嘅拉麵店。餐牌有豚骨湯、雞白湯、味噌湯幾種唔同嘅湯底,仲有和牛肉鹽醬油拉麵,仲話係來店必選就試吓呢一碗。再叫咗一個茄子慢煮牛肉做小食。拉麵好有和牛嘅油香,真係要趁熱食。面頭有成四五片高質嘅和牛,仲有半隻溏心蛋,隻蛋唔係剩係得味醂同醬油味,幾特別。嗰個鹽醬油湯底,唔係好濃,係淡麗風再加上濃濃嘅和牛油香,冬天食幾唔錯。另外個小食,其實係用和牛片包住慢煮茄子,再加上照燒醬汁,入口即溶,超級好食。全部餐都好油,所以叫咗杯烏龍綠茶解油膩,杯茶有綠茶香之外,又有烏龍嘅回甘,作為茶飲之中都幾高質。
