To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢兩樣食料出現係壽司嘅機率係極少見。雖然壽司會令到飽腹感增加,但係我認為係必須一試,因為佢係味道配搭上真係做得好💯

串燒已經經師傅調好味,所以可以先試咗味道,唔夠先再加🧂串燒嚟講火喉係足夠,帶有少少焦香但又唔會太過燶👍🏼和牛嘅油份都已經燒晒出嚟,啖啖牛油香🐂
