To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日約咗家父家母返老家做一些工程,所以相約左喺將軍澳區食個午飯。大麥太介紹這間片皮鴨店,因為她試過後覺得烤鴨質素出色,所以決定一齊來試試。由於他們的食量驚人地少,所以整個午餐只是點了小籠包和一隻片皮鴨。 現在他們在做午餐優惠,烤鴨有六折。先來小籠包,包皮算是薄皮,內裏有湯,只是肉質方面感覺上不及鼎泰X。包皮不夠韌度,夾上來的時候有兩個已經穿了,減分。烤鴨是有驚喜的,上碟的時候看到兩座山,以為鴨皮底墊了一些菜花來營造大份的效果,但發現是把所有肉都放在皮下,加分。他們的出品算不錯,皮還皮肉還肉,雖然沒有師傅喺你面前片皮,但是不會有那種皮夾着肉的情況出現。鴨皮的油香十分豐富,雖然不是燒炭爐,不過鴨皮的油香真的十分突出。肉質非常林,不是把鴨肉烤到很乾的那種,適合小朋友和老人家食用。另外鴨卷的蒸皮也做得十分不錯,是機器壓制的,就是因為這樣皮的出品十分平均,也十分薄,睇相都見到晶凝通透。分量也很多,沒有正式數過,不過相信都有20片,以一隻烤鴨來說已經很足夠。配菜都是正常的青瓜,蒽和醬汁,其實不用多說,不過只想話他們都切得十分平均,放在鴨卷內剛剛好,醬汁也不是那種很鹹的,放多了也不會留。整體來說是會
