本人住大埔,食飯通常出市區食,好少在新界食,不過今次有朋友介紹話上水依間日本料理好正,專成入去一試,如果真係有驚喜門面燈光充足笛鯛+池魚仔活魚刺身:調魚肉口感柔中有韌,脂質含量適中,鮮美非常池魚仔:肉質滑淋,魚味濃郁壽司盛9件+鐵火卷3件:有海膽、三文魚籽、劍魚腩、牡丹蝦、油甘魚、帆立貝、吞拿魚等等多款壽司,所有都非常新鮮芒果松葉蟹肉野菜沙律:松葉蟹肉放滿菜面,絕對唔會菜就多多,蟹肉就少少,芒果好鮮甜,越食越開胃鐵板牛舌:口感微脆,牛舌鮮嫩帶有嚼勁野菜天婦羅:外層鬆脆,野菜新鮮,食落唔會覺得成口粉唐揚炸雞:無論雞的大小、油的溫度、時間的控制都啱啱好,外面薄薄的脆皮,咬一淡充分感受到肉質的原香,加少許檸檬汁更加係清新脫俗自家制玉子燒:玉子燒就好似千層蛋,一層蓋一層的蛋,食落層次分明漁釧串燒盛:有鹽燒牛舌、煙肉番茄串、鹽燒雞中翼、豚肉露筍、大蔥雞肉串等等抺茶紅豆冰:抺茶香濃帶有奶香,紅豆夠甜
調魚肉口感柔中有韌,脂質含量適中,鮮美非常
