雖然自己唔係好食得辣,但都喜歡食川菜,唯有嗌超少辣過下口癮啦!秘製酸菜鱸魚,揀左白湯,湯底用左雞,海鮮去烹煮,幾入味,由於揀左小辣,飲落都唔會太辣,有酸菜既精華。酸菜都好好食,唔會過酸!至於條魚,上菜時已經起曬肉,走過油,好滑!一啲草腥味都冇!干鍋菜花,上菜時有個爐仔,所以放耐左都唔會凍。菜花新鮮入味,醬汁好入味,再配埋紫洋蔥,帶甜品回鍋肉,有大量包心菜一齊炒,好夾,包心菜吸收曬回鍋肉既精華,非常好食!
