To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天來到尚德商場的漁樂吃午餐,餐廳食物選擇都算多,座位都算寬敞,價錢相宜,所以都有唔少人排隊 海南雞飯:午市套餐來說價錢比較貴,雞肉尚算嫩滑,可以選擇甜醬油和泰式醬汁,油飯油香不夠,可能因為黃薑粉香味太濃郁 扎肉粒粒炒飯:這碟炒飯應該是即叫即炒,等候時間比較長,大約15至20分鐘,不過我覺得味道幾好,充滿蛋香,有很多扎肉和蔬菜粒,唔算好油 越式雜錦湯河:這碗河粉最抵食,唔使$60 ,有肥牛、牛丸、扎肉等材料,湯底都幾清,不錯
