To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得推介的菜式,莫過於梳乎厘蕃茄蟹湯底! 上鍋時,一度令大家嘆為觀止!開始打邊爐前, 大家先把梳乎厘切成生日蛋糕狀, 品嚐蕃茄梳乎厘的味道,原來梳乎厘咸食也不錯。原本擔心湯太濃不適合打邊爐,但這款湯底濃度適中, 蕃茄令人更胃口大開。 另外,黑松露和牛餃子也令人回味無窮! 真正皮薄餡靚, 黑松露多到外面都見到! 蝦膠油條$98一碟,可選生或熟。我選了熟,因怕難控制火喉。怎料上菜時,竟然上了生的!服務员説不用帕,可以幫我再炸。可惜最火喉過火,油條炸黑了,感覺油腻,最後大家你推我讓。總括來說, 這間火鍋店用料新鮮,創意無限, 不過價錢略貴, 份量袖珍。
