To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從住入元朗國之後，好少出港島食嘢，難得今次老闆book咗staycation，搣匙就揀咗可以打卡嘅大館，午餐揀咗價錢經濟嘅Cafe Claudel。•Egg benedict $128只有一塊sourdough墊底，而且比較薄，食完無乜存在感，反而個hollandaise同蛋配合唔錯，亦煮得恰到好處，仲做到流心👍🏻•Steak Sandwich $168牛腹扒有意外驚喜👍🏻牛味充足之餘加少少牛油果同沙律菜落個三文治度，口感更加滑，不過食起上黎論盡啲，喺餡係咁跌出黎•Iced Cappuccino $40好彩醒目叫一杯，無啡味無奶味，不值一提🙏🏻•Conclusion如果以價錢黎講喺大館食個午餐係ok，但下次應該會嘗試其他餐廳🙆🏻‍♀️
