To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾日係ig突然見到三哥出咗款軟殼蟹水煮湯底,咁作為三哥嘅狂熱fans,就肯定要試下佢啦!於是就搵咗個lunch time 同同事黎試*三哥水煮湯軟殼蟹米線$55呢款米線除咗軟殼蟹仲包一款$5餸,我要咗新推出嘅炸魚皮(+$3)。炸魚皮佢有幫我另上,所以唔怕淋,我將塊魚皮係個湯到浸3-4秒左右,可以令佢保留少少脆嘅同時又索到湯汁,好味!水煮湯底依然咁好味,上年試佢個鴨血就已經好鍾意,不過唔知係唔係錯覺,覺得今年個水煮湯好似辣咗,但都依然惹味!至於軟殼蟹,三哥已經幫我地去除咗個腮,不過個頭(好多重金屬)仲係到,所以食嘅時候都要小心啲~而佢個軟殼蟹當然都冇外面個啲餐廳咁好食,感覺冇咩點炸過,不過呢個價錢都算係咁㗎啦~整體都覺得值得一試
