To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排天氣熱出去食飯嘅時候胃口都好細，食點心就啱啱好啦，唔會太飽得黎又多選擇，所以就去咗觀塘嘅龍點心，試吓新派點心究竟好唔好味🧐嘆世界燒賣拼盤一入去坐低，已經見到有張宣傳單張介紹呢個拼盤。燒賣拼盤有齊六款不同嘅口味，賣相精緻，款款都好特別，我最喜愛意大利芝士墨魚燒賣，拉絲之餘，同墨魚味仲好夾。龍芋酥龍點心獨家鹹甜酥餅，香軟芋泥包住鹹鹹嘅肉粒，仲有少少肉汁，外脆內軟，值得一試👍🏻馬拉小籠包將肉骨茶注入小籠包內頗有新意，皮薄餡靚又爆汁🤪脆脆富貴紅米腸粉炸兩升級版，又薄又滑嘅腸粉皮，包住酥脆春卷皮，入邊仲有滿滿蝦肉餡，沾上三款醬汁麻醬、泰式甜辣醬、豉油，食完仲想叫多一碟呀🤪一口鹹水角造型好特別，細細粒好似柑橘，口感更似炸芋圓丸，香糯糯好好食！羊肚菌牛肉球牛肉球有三粒，大大粒非常足料，口感嫩滑爆汁，配上羊肚菌幾有創意龍點心整體出品好唔錯，傳統點心上添加創意，唔單止造型可愛，味道特別，店舖環境整潔舒適，點心價錢公道，唔食點心，亦都有蒸飯同麵可以選擇，相信會再幫襯🤗
