To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽朋友講左大中華好多好多次,成日都話要去食大中華,我仲以為大中華係專門食素嫁添😂原諒無知嘅我🙇🏻‍♀️原來大中華係類似大排擋咁,但係就有鋪位既!因為同一大班朋友食,又撞岩係假期,所以都醒目 book定位,不過要留意返book枱得6:30pm or 8:30pm ,我地大約 8:20pm到達都要等一陣先有得入,超級多人排隊同等位呀!呀姐會俾定紙同筆你落單,menu就係餐廳門口,有圖有名😂夠晒方便呀!野飲就要自己去門口士多買嘅,價錢就一般餐廳價啦。今日menu 由好熟架步嘅朋友拍板,叫左南乳吊燒鱔,鐵板黑椒豬手,香煎墨魚餅,酥炸豬大腸,椒鹽鮮魷,海味雜菜煲,仲加左個生炒糯米飯,樣樣都好好食!好夠鑊氣!重點推薦鐵板黑椒豬手,熱辣辣,上枱時吱吱聲好震撼!黑椒味好香濃,入面好嫩滑!😋😋
