To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每年中秋, 大家必定會想起月餅. 隨著時代的轉變, 月餅的款色也越來越多. 除了傳統的味道外, 每年都會推出一些新產品進攻市場, 而奶黃月餅, 今期依然大熱. 因為老爸媽咪是酒樓光顧的常客, 所以每逢中秋幫酒樓員工購買月餅卷. 今年他們買了海港酒家的月餅卷給我. 不過向酒樓買月餅有個不好處就是取餅地點只侷限酒樓舖面, 取餅沒有餅店那麼便利. 我家附近沒有海港酒家, 唯有到最近的寶琳取餅.奶皇月餅以八角形的禮盒裝著, 禮盒用上較沉實的棗紅與暗金色. 月餅分兩層, 每層有4個, 內裡還附上一份小刀叉! 說起刀叉, 現在的月餅好像不是每間都會附上...吃之前, 先把月餅放微波叮一下, 熱熱的吃起來會好吃一點. 吃起來, 帶有鹹蛋的鹹香味, 也有椰汁香味, 入口鬆化, 不過略嫌奶皇陷料做得不夠結實, 切起來比較容易散開, 月餅也較油.
