石燒牛排最近大熱,我同朋友梗係貪新鮮又去試下。我哋搵到依間係厚福街新開嘅店,細細間嘅店仔,款式唔算多,但都有想食嘅部位。我哋點咗板腱同牛肋間隔膜,兩個都係點咗200g。上菜嘅時候會喺牛肉上面鋪張吸油嘅紙,以免煎過程嘅油彈到自己。等咗小會,我哋就打開張紙,繼續煎牛肉嚕。上面有蒜片同黑椒,店家都有提供幾款醬汁,有黑松露蒜蓉、柚子同埋燒汁等,仲有鹽可以點。牛肉肉味都幾豐富,有肉汁,板腱口味比較細密,間隔膜食落就比較香濃。之後我哋續點咗一份骨付牛小排,食落就冇前兩款咁驚喜,所以都係推薦板腱同間隔膜❤️我哋仲加點咗蜆肉味噌湯,海鮮味嘅香氣撲鼻,解膩一流。
