To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日唔洗加班.. 就去大圍食下飯..係OPENRICE搵野食其間見到BRICK LANE..個個都放隻啤酒雞上黎.. 一定要去試下由於即整既關係.. 所以要等20 Mins..好彩黎到都覺得係值得.. 有視覺享受之餘都有味覺享受職員上菜個陣會先倒D啤酒落去再點火D火熄哂之後就會拎返入廚房切開佢隻雞D肉都算滑.. 亦有酒味.. 都幾特別第2款就叫左牛肉醬水管麵.. 呢個就無咩特別.. 就簡單一個肉醬長通粉咁樣最後仲有個酥皮黑啤燉牛肉配菜有薯泥同青豆..  用個薯泥點黑啤汁.. 好好食!個燉牛肉都好林.. 入哂黑啤既味道全晚無飲酒.. 但2個餸都有酒.. 食完都覺得個身有小小酒氣

隻雞D肉都算滑.. 亦有酒味.. 都幾特別

第2款就叫左牛肉醬水管麵.. 
呢個就無咩特別.. 就簡單一個肉醬長通粉咁樣
最後仲有個酥皮黑啤燉牛肉
配菜有薯泥同青豆..  用個薯泥點黑啤汁.. 好好食!
個燉牛肉都好林.. 入哂黑啤既味道
全晚無飲酒.. 但2個餸都有酒.. 食完都覺得個身有小小酒氣
