To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#譚仔三哥 #番茄湯底其實三哥出蕃茄湯底已經好耐，雖然我都好鍾意食蕃茄，但一向鍾情於「三酸」即係三哥酸辣既我，終於都的起心肝試試呢個三點後先有嘅湯底。食第一啖既時候已經有少少失望😞。佢係偏甜既蕃茄湯，嗰隻甜味唔係天然嘅蕃茄味再加上我叫咗小辣😂甜甜番茄混合譚仔獨有嘅辣味，係有d複雜同奇怪🤔唔係話佢係好食但又唔係話難食，不過我下次唔會揀蕃茄湯底。下次我都係投入返三酸嘅懷抱😍三哥嘅酸辣係譚仔裏面最有層次嘅湯底。
