約左朋友食飯, 佢話睇左雜誌介紹想食俄羅斯菜, 我真係唔知香港有得食喎俄羅斯菜, 我除左知道有羅宋湯外, 唔知仲有咩特別菜式, 於是求其揀左其他小食, 主食睇左餐廳餐紙介紹, 原來呢間係上海派俄羅斯菜先啱, 係以前上海人跟俄國廚師學煮俄國菜, 根據中國人口味而改良, 所以應該好啱我地香港人食除左了解下餐廳背景, 仲可以參觀下擺設, 擺左好多俄羅斯子母娃娃一場黎到, 當然一定要點上海派招牌羅宋湯湯頭色澤偏深, 用料足, 蕃茄, 紅菜頭, 薯仔, 蔬菜淆成, 未飲過咁多料既羅宋湯入口蕃茄味濃郁, 比平常港式羅宋湯偏甜少少傳統迷你蝦多士包含鮮蝦膠同蔬菜,乾身脆口, 咬落脆卜卜, 就算凍左都仲係脆羅勒香草醬帶子炒意粉, 帶子表面煎香, 味道鮮甜, 帶子中間軟心意粉軟硬適中, 口感有咬口, 香草味偏重, 意粉都綠綠地色,  整體唔錯黎到最後一個主菜, 我地原本諗緊會唔會唔夠食, 但呢個香煎黑毛豬配蘋果汁原來都幾大份黑毛豬, 肉質軟腍好易切, 啱啱好全熟, 內裡顏色粉嫩均勻, 入口充滿肉汁蘋果汁係用新鮮蘋果調配, 味道好似蘋果批咁, 將黑毛豬蘸上蘋果汁, 除左可以提升甜味, 而且去油膩感配菜除左香
