啲人話人人去咗北上,餐廳無曬生意,我就覺得最緊要係睇餐廳質素。好似The Pantry咁8點鐘都仲要排隊🥲烤大蝦冬蔭公意大利飯配魷魚&草菇: 驚喜十足,大大隻嘅烤大蝦,肉質鮮嫩彈牙。冬蔭公湯底酸辣開胃,同意大利飯的軟棉棉口感完美融合。配埋彈牙嘅魷魚同草菇,成個層次更加豐富。新鮮海膽,香煎帶子及蟹肉海膽忌廉汁意粉: 呢個係海鮮控必嗌嘅意粉,新鮮海膽嘅鮮甜,加埋香煎帶子陣陣焦香,仲有蟹肉海膽忌廉汁加配滑順,恰到好處。甜品方面叫咗一份Ricotta 厚班戟,入面有焦糖牛油,楓葉糖漿&水果。口感鬆軟,每一口都食到濃郁嘅奶香。搭配香甜的焦糖牛油和楓葉糖漿,以及酸甜的水果,口感豐富多層次,認真令人回味無窮。另外又點左朱古力奶昔,唔會太甜相反係濃郁香醇,啱曬我呢啲鍾意飲朱古力嘅人。
