To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初試大家食新餐牌，好味道依然

大家見面大家食，最近大家食J悄悄換上新餐牌和新碗，又係時候嚟encore自選百搭麵配一餸只是$35起，尤其在晚市時段可說是抗通脹之選。可選配餸多達30多款，選擇困難下叫左「魚腐蕃茄蛋湯底手攪面」($39)蕃茄蛋湯一如以往超足料，有一件又一件嘅大蕃茄肉和蛋花，唔係平時一般餐廳的茄湯只有蕃茄衣。隨湯底仲有紅蘿蔔粒和粟米粒，似健康的住家餐。手攪麵係自家製麵條，方形麵條較米線掛湯，比米線淋少少，易咬得黎又有少少彈牙。魚腐都好大方畀夠五粒，值得一讚大家食嘅魚腐係實心，唔會好似咬空氣咁。食到飽一飽，下次又黎大家食面見大家。
