To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午太得閒 同媽媽到米芝蓮得獎店-添好運飲個靚茶先😍😍叫左佢至愛嘅酥皮焗叉燒包 熱烘烘的叉燒包 外層酥皮甜甜的香脆可口 配上內裡非常juicy的蜜汁叉燒 還有軟軟的麵包 難怪獲得米芝蓮奬項👍🏼再來免治牛肉腸 腸粉皮又薄又滑 加上香蔥免治牛 雖然軟軟的 但充滿牛肉味 入口有一種滑落喉嚨的感覺😂賽螃蟹春卷 外層炸到黃金色 香脆得來並不油利 內裡蛋白夠嫩夠滑 加上蘿白絲粉絲等 加添了咬口😋鮮蝦燒賣 每位燒賣上都有一隻晶瑩剔透的鮮蝦 入口彈牙 再配上豬肉燒賣 的確不錯😌雖然坐位比較窄 但點心全部即叫即蒸 價錢亦非常平民化 值得一試再試👍🏼
