今晚我們去咗西環嘅太平洋廣場行街見到有間新開食北京菜嘅「津門大飯店」試業中!我們問店員有冇晚飯食?店員好親切有禮咁話:「有呀!」之後我們就決定喺度食晚飯!店內嘅環境裝修相當古色古香!我們叫咗天津煎餅果子外層係一塊薄餅,入面包著炸得好香脆嘅油條「油炸鬼」,再夾埋秘製嘅醬汁一齊食,真係好惹味!九轉大腸聽店員話係用大腸反覆套9層造成,質感非常軟熟,口感相當豐富!醬爆兔丁今次係我們初次食到兔肉,肉質好鮮嫩多汁!涼拌豬肚係將爽滑豬肚切成幼絲,撈埋啲青瓜同生蒜片一齊食,感覺非常清新!馳名開水白菜店員話係國宴先可以食到呢道菜,食咗覺得都係值得一試,呢道菜係將啲白菜浸著鷄湯上碟,食落感覺好清甜爽脆,再加埋灑喺面嘅火腿碎粒,令到味道更加甘香!宮廷八寶茶入面嘅八寶有:菊花 杞子 紅棗片 雪梨乾片 甘草 花旗參 茉莉花 冰糖,味道超清甜芳香!平日通常都係飲開普洱或鐵觀音,但今次飲到呢個宮廷八寶茶,感覺真係好新鮮!
