店名已經講明係「GāGǐNāng」「自己人」,大家都會試既潮州嘢,不過佢嘅中菜其實都好出色。近期有期間限定menu ,即刻試吓。蟹肉炒桂花看似平凡,其實要加上湯將粉絲芽菜同蛋炒得乾身又入味都考功夫,呢度做到仲配埋娃娃菜包住食口感清新。梅子醬羊膝其實係羊架,梅子醬配羊出奇地夾,唔知係唔係梅子酸味抵消左羊果啲羶味,加埋梅子醬炒的秋葵與雜菇同埋個擺碟其一好有fusion菜feel,不得不提佢個花膠響螺湯,味道清甜重點係有小蠟燭一路保持個湯夠熱,隔咗陣先飲個湯都仲係夠熱,呢個係細心嘅安排。另外清炒菜心苗都唔差,又係有細心位,個碟係熱所以啲菜唔會好快凍哂,啲菜心苗食到一半都仲係暖,感覺好好。
