之前有去過Coffeelin喺西營盤高街嘅舖頭,試過panini同咖啡,感覺都唔錯。今晚嚟到佢哋喺跑馬地嘅舖頭,本身都有少少期待。Boulevardier (rye whiskey, sweet vermouth and Campari)原來佢哋除咗有咖啡之外,亦有Bartender駐場。叫左杯Boulevardier,佢就好似係Negroni嘅表親,只係由gin轉成whiskey。Parmesan Truffle Fries (truffle aioli, parmigiano reggiano)薯條份量都幾足,配上Parmesan芝士絲,再點埋truffle醬,唔錯。Duck Ragu (pacherri pasta, confit duck, red wine sauce)一上擡已經聞到好香嘅鴨肉味,長通粉咬落夠哂彈牙,配上紅酒醬汁同蕃茄都幾醒胃。HV Meatballs (pork and beef, tomato sugo)肉丸由豬肉同牛肉混合而成,咬落都幾鬆軟,內裏亦有肉汁。Basque Burnt Cheesecake巴斯克焦香芝士蛋糕味道濃郁,如果可以再燒焦啲就perf

個tiramisu都幾濕潤,配上甜甜酸酸嘅藍莓醬,我都幾鍾意依個配搭。
