To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知係咪因為對呢款嘅點心期望有啲高,食完之後反需有啲失望。外形又係100分,一睇就知係心機之作。可惜食落去既時候,並食唔到黑椒同和牛既香氣。只係食到外面酥皮既粉味,而個外皮相較之下亦都太厚。同函既比例差得有啲遠,而影響咗整體嘅水準。

4️⃣黑毛豬叉燒(半份)
呢個真係有驚喜☺️叉燒燒得岩岩好,有少少濃邊,肉質恰得好處,唔會燒得高火。屋企人同男朋友食完都大讚好食。同埋係最左手邊既蘿蔔,又係心機野。師傅將白蘿蔔同紅蘿蔔互相交纏,食落去就有兩種味道同口感,的確幾有創意

5️⃣金蒜龍蝦春卷
呢碟點心一上枱嘅時候,侍應就同我哋介紹翻係用窩夫皮去做層外皮,所以口感會好唔同。一試之外,的確同平時食到既春卷好唔一樣。格外地脆同啲龍蝦真係好彈牙,唔需要額外嘅醬汁都已經好好食。因為平時食春卷都一定要沾好多喼汁😁

呢款點心都算係今日最失望嘅一樣。諗住叫呢款懷舊小食俾老爹食下。點知一入口除咗油炸味之外,就咩味都食唔到。莫講啲蟹肉既鮮味⋯感覺就好似食咗一舊好脆既炸麵粉咁😕

呢款點心又係其中一個出色之作,感覺同食鵝肝多士差唔多。除咗雞肝夠粉嫩,多士夠脆之外,中間夾左個塊蘿蔔酸令到成個多士既層次提升左。中和返雞肝既‘流’,會令人想食完一舊再一舊🤤🤤

好考功夫同心機既一道傳統菜。淡淡既魚香,啲湯同啲薄脆,魚肉,海帶絲一齊食,口感上好滿足。呀媽好鍾意呢道菜。但可能自己食開濃味野,對於我黎講味道就有啲淡。

9️⃣原個椰皇海帶杞子燉鮑魚
侍感一擺低已經聞到淡淡的椰香味。成個湯好清甜,好好飲,連湯入面既配料無論係鮑魚定係豬肉,都好好食。但以呢個份量來講,性價比就好似有啲低。同埋本身都幾鍾意食椰肉,如果侍應可以幫手分埋啲椰肉就更完美。因為以我所知,之前侍應係會幫手分埋啲椰肉,不過今次就無啦。

呢個係成餐飯最令我哋驚喜嘅一道餸。普通一客福建炒飯冇諗過可以正得咁好食。除咗啲飯粒粒分明之外,仲食到好有鑊氣。啲材料配合得天衣無縫,無論係鮮蝦嘅彈牙,菜粒嘅爽脆,定係菇嘅香味,都拿捏得恰到好處。男朋友本身係福建人,佢都大讚話呢個飯真係好好食。我諗呢個福建炒飯都係我so far食過最好嘅一次😍😍😍推介推介🥳

呢度甜品喺出邊比較少見,芒果西米露見得多,石榴甘露都真係第一次見。如果鍾意食石榴,你一定會好鍾意呢道甜品。除左椰肉,廚師仲加左啲石榴粒係入面,所以每食一啖都食到石榴嘅清香。

餐廳仲送咗一客杞子桂花糕同埋合桃酥俾我地。杞子桂花糕好足料,食到杞子嘅清甜。合桃酥好夠熱,食落去好鬆脆,又食到淡淡的合桃味。


整體來講,呢度嘅服務好好,侍應會不停留意你杯茶飲完未,會主動過嚟幫你斟茶。


喺食物方面,最值得一讚嘅食物嘅溫度,所有菜喺上枱嘅時候都keep到個熱到,係喺你食嗰陣都需要吹一吹先食到嘅熱度,唔係普通既暖暖地,好少餐廳會做到呢個水準👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻


同埋同好多酒店嘅餐廳一樣,點心嘅件數係可以隨人頭既數目而加😊佢地出餸既時間都拿捏得好好,基本上唔會有冷場🤣
