今日嚟到粉嶺聯和墟Cookhouse 食西餐,朋友之前嚟過極力推介呢間西餐,今日終於有機會嚟試😆😆頭盤沙律菜🥗油醋沙律菜都成日食,但今次嘅精髓係芝士粒,已經好少餐廳會用芝士粒配油醋沙律菜🥗嗰種咸香配酸味嘅醋真係好夾😋再來是周打魚湯🥣周打魚湯中加入甘旬波同三文魚粒,同平時飲嘅周打魚湯真係正好多🤩主菜我同朋友share,檸檬汁香草雞扒意粉、安格斯西冷配鵝肝,個意粉好清新,食落一啲都唔漏🍋同平時食開嗰啲紅白汁意粉真係有分別😍另外安格斯西冷配鵝肝,呢個main最出色其實係啲配菜,整顆蒜香煎、薯仔粒、甘旬波、西蘭花🥦配搭返8安士西冷同鵝肝,成件事好夾😍 最後再嚟個清酒煮青口😆😆 清酒嘅甜味配搭青口嘅鮮味,呢個真係一定要試🥳🥳總結係:朋友無介紹錯🤩🤩
