氣溫驟降,先點了是日老火例湯暖暖身,西洋菜陳腎煲豬,例湯用小瓦煲上抬,令湯喝起來更熱騰騰,湯料足而味濃,全身頓時暖笠笠。接著上埸是鹵水鵝片,份量不少,肉質嫩滑且肥膏不多,美中不足的是鹵水汁未能完全渗入鵝肉中。鹽煎小黄魚十分精采,一客兩尾小魚,魚皮煎得香脆,魚肉標出魚汁及魚油,吃起來又嫩又甜,不像一些店的小黃魚,因省時的關係,把魚放入滾油中一炸,連肉也變得乾。鳳梨醬蝦球,酸甜討好,蝦球大只也炸得香脆,伴碟的鮮菠蘿十分搶手。主食點了煎蘿蔔烙及臘味糯米飯。蘿蔔烙香口,吃到絲絲蘿蔔,加上葱花及花生碎,再沾些魚露,别有風味;臘味飯臘味粒下得不少,飯粒油潤煙韌。是夜吃得很飽足,連甜品也吃不下了。

出奇地,最後上的功夫茶,苦過廿四味,不像平時的甘香。反而,鐵觀音茶有蜜香,十分好喝!
