To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 用料同烹飪上下咗唔少功夫,素食愛好者/追求健康飲食人士至愛。 呢間餐廳仲係素食廚神冠軍。-甘筍地瓜扁豆忌廉濃湯-甘筍花生雪耳湯呢兩款湯一中一西,味道濃郁,質地非常順滑。豐富嘅底料,唔似普通嘅西式湯咁樣,好有顆粒感,充滿健康同營養。烤南瓜紅石榴黑醋沙律將生菜:南瓜同紅石榴完美咁配搭埋一齊,酸甜清新嘅口感,入口爽脆可口。有營養,口味層次豐富,新鮮。黃金素叉燒飯真係值得素叉燒嘅製作竟然可以咁逼真,連燒味都可以完美模擬,配埋蕃茄炒蛋嘅鮮甜滑嫩,真係令人驚喜。椒鹽菇扒外脆內嫩,素滷肉配搭羽衣甘藍菜飯,口感同味道都好正,估唔到菇扒都有好香,而且調味好夾。羽衣甘藍更加係一種超級蔬菜,估唔到可以配搭落菜飯嗰度。柚子青檸蘆薈冰茶一粒粒蘆薈加埋清爽嘅柚子青檸,令人感覺好清新又解渴。藍蝶花雪梨汁,養生,天然清新,健康。蝶豆係一種比較健康嘅豆,而且紫藍既顏色仲好靚添。
