我先食相中最上方o個件,由於有啲混亂,所以我唔知係邊隻,我一路食,食到面上o既肉味道好濃郁,我諗應該係鴿肉,由於鴿肉味濃,所以覺得pizza底味道較清.

之後到左下方o既西班牙黑豚叉燒薄餅,呢個我覺得唔太特別,或者因為黑豚叉燒被其他番茄同菠蘿味搶晒啦.

最後o既係滷水拼盤薄餅,最明顯係睇到上面o既滷水蛋,食落,pizza底索o左滷水味道,感覺最特別同突出,所以都唔使理有啲咩o野滷味.

即開生蠔,size唔算大隻,呢個我覺得正常冇乜問題.

刺身類,男友攞o左三文魚,墨魚,吞拿魚同鯛魚,其實都冇乜問題,不過吞拿魚質素唔差,冇筋o既.

第四轉就到爐端燒同即天婦羅,buffet裡面出現呢兩樣o野都算新穎.

爐端燒中我攞o左燒龍蝦同扇貝,天婦羅就攞o左秋葵,南瓜同甜薯.

天婦羅賣相唔錯,脆漿薄身,而就算已放涼都仍然好脆.

燒龍蝦感覺同冰鎮龍蝦都差唔多,扇貝唔算好大隻,不過不失.

櫻花蝦浮晒上面,湯o既味道正常而且都幾滑,不過質地唔夠杰.

廣島蠔雜菜煲,都幾香口.

香煎蒜片牛柳粒,呢個味道好濃,濃唔係o係牛肉味,而係個汁,我覺得一般.

沙田炸乳鴿,同樣係放涼o左,但皮仍脆,肉質唔o鞋,都OK.

龍蝦梳乎厘,梳乎厘多數係甜食,但呢o度竟然用龍蝦做,真係超乎想像;呢個食到有蛋味,鹹鹹香香咁.
澳洲肉眼牛排,正常冇問題.

最後到甜品喇:
馬卡龍,馬卡龍係呢o度自製,呢個外脆內裡有啲煙韌,又做得唔太甜,已經唔錯.

檸檬撻,面上係蛋白打出o既泡,清清地,內裡係檸檬jam,微甜帶酸,好醒胃.

牛油果慕絲蛋糕,呢個都鬆軟,其實佢唔係差,不過食過薰衣草芝士蛋糕後,就比o左下去.

宇治抹茶奶凍,唔太甜,亦食到抹茶o既甘味,清清淡淡咁,幾好味.

士多啤梨奶凍,相對起宇治抹茶奶凍,呢個就遜色啲,酸係預期中,但口感一般,有啲水汪汪o既感覺.

迫夾就唔係係好迫夾,但座位都算幾密.

服務:
開頭收碟同斟水都唔係咁密,最明顯係8:00pm後至密啲.

雖然今次係明知我o地試食,但我相信只有邀請我o地o黎食o既職員知道,其他職員唔知,所以呢個食評冇o野須要扣分.
