To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

停晚市的第一個晚上，選擇了這家街坊式的茶餐廳，由於是第一次幫襯，於是問不知道是老闆還是店員的大叔，「這裏有什麼好吃？」他指着餐牌頭兩行回答說「呢兩款最多人叫㗎喇！你外賣返去都得㗎，我哋啲豬扒外賣返到屋企都仲脆㗎！」是挺大口氣的！ ➡️  即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯 $78。然後我便豪無懸念地點了這款每日限量的炸豬扒飯，我家距離餐廳有半小時的路程，回家後還要等齊人才開飯，但仍然感受到豬扒的鑊氣，可能我半小時之久未能留住香脆感，但味道仍是滿分的！ ➡️  秘制沙嗲牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯 $78。對這款客飯的幻想比豬扒飯更高，因為沙嗲牛配飯，加上有「朵」的蘭王蛋，聽了也垂涎，結果是蘭王蛋確實加了不少分數，沙嗲牛極重口味，送飯一流！
