To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去朋友天水圍嘅屋企打幾圈，未打牌之前當然食番夠本，唔係邊有力打。為咗提高自己嘅士氣，我決定叫個咖哩牛腩飯嚟食，而且仲要求要加辣加辣再加辣，就係要辣到上腦，等自己嘅氣場夠強同埋更加殺氣騰騰，咁樣贏面先夠大！咖哩牛腩飯，好肯定呢一個咖哩係香港style，仲係好標準嘅茶記style，即係打厚芡果種，個咖哩汁唔算爆得好香口，而且啲咖哩粉仲未爆得勻，牛腩都唔係好淋，亦唔係好入味，唯一可以稱讚嘅就係分量算多，夠大兜， 而且因為我叫咗，加辣、加辣、再加辣 嘅關係底下，送飯就係超爽超一流！阿姐我幾辣都頂得起！食完兜咁辣嘅咖哩之後，阿姐士氣如虹，殺氣騰騰，決戰四方城 sure win！
