今次嚟到旺角一間串燒店「常嚐食·深燒堂」,呢度嘅燒一口京蔥豬頸肉、燒原條大茄子同埋日式正火燒飯糰真係好食,值得推介!燒一口京蔥豬頸肉 - 豬頸肉燒到好香脆,佢哋用上特別嘅醬汁,咬落京蔥既時候,仲會噴汁,真係幾好食。燒原條大茄子 - 燒得啱啱好,外脆內軟,茄子好juicy ,配埋啲蒜蓉、辣椒等調味,真係好惹味,正。日式正火燒飯糰 - 飯糰燒得啱啱好,外面脆卜卜,𥚃面嘅飯唔會乾,而且仲好好食,配埋照燒汁同埋啲切碎嘅海苔,真係完美嘅組合,大力推廌!除咗以上三款,重有啲串燒都好味,包括日本阿波尾雞皮、日本免治雞肉軟骨棒、好好食豆腐同埋酸酸甜甜燒菠蘿,都值得一試。呢度嘅師傅燒工一流,燒得啱啱好,保留食物本身適當嘅水份,唔會燒到乾爭爭。除咗串燒食之外,重有深燒花甲粉食,花甲好新鮮好鮮甜,有4款粉類可以選擇:米線、紅薯粉、粉絲同埋稻庭烏冬。五十幾蚊幾抵食。
