弘-依間日本餐廳已經喺灣仔開咗一段時間。最鍾意就係食呢個二人份量餐名位享丼丼。唔好以為嗰餐好細,個碗其實大過你個頭。丼丼分別有兩層,上面有松葉蟹同好多款唔同類型嘅刺身,下層有松葉蟹膏魚生飯。個飯仲可以撈凱撒沙律醬、麻油,或者清湯做泡飯(任揀一款)。食完成個餐之後都幾Surprise,HKD488有咁大隻蟹,而且仲可以食到咁多中上價刺身,個碗下層啲刺身飯又勁多,真係算抵到笑!原本諗住食晒成個餐,點知最後都挑戰失敗,飽到要捧住個肚返屋企🍙🍱🍣
