To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

灣景國際灣景廳，位於會展對面，雖然唔係最高級既酒店但環境真係唔錯，幾舒服餐廳都幾大，古式啲但都好雅致坐得舒服，拎野食一啲都唔迫拎個湯飲下先，平時我好中意飲中湯但佢實在太似水黑菘露蘑菇湯望落唔錯，飲落味ok但打唔夠水同蘑菇未完全混得埋，但都ok既先試生蠔，開定放係度既，較細隻，無乜肉亦唔太濃，間中有一隻半隻濃啲啲，普通cold cut既三文魚同火腿都算正常ok，刺身特別既有有殼甜蝦同帆立貝，都算幾鮮凍海鮮黎喇，原來無蟹腳失望到主題係蝦就一於食多啲蝦補數，凍蝦都算新鮮有啲一口既蝦，蟹籽加紫菜個個幾特別幾好味青口就正正常常，其他就算啦，所以返食左一大盤蝦，好爽除左凍食，仲有熱盤既黃金蝦，蝦仲用更大隻既虎蝦，蝦味都好濃，配埋咸蛋黃都好正好夾白汁燴魚都幾好食，係膩左啲，翠塘豆腐配左櫻花蝦仔幾香幾唔錯，但唔夠滑，都算ok架喇熟食驚喜居然係清蒸沙巴龍躉，大條但蒸得幾適中，唔生又唔過龍相當唔錯，無乜人食好多，可以超正咁夾好多，肉質又話又鮮，高質相反地以為係賣點既片皮鴨，皮又厚醬又無味肉又硬豬肉腸正正常常，燒西冷驚喜！坦白講好多高級自助餐既燒西冷都做唔好，但真心依舊幾好食，牛味都濃甜品設計唔錯細細啖一口
