To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇黎過食點心，今日去開yoho買野就再捧下場，點心質素都一樣咁言而且即叫即蒸真係好食好多，起碼口感都keep到唔會梅哂!燒賣拼盤呢個真係一定要食，因為一籠已經有哂唔同味既燒賣，每粒都各有特色而且真心唔係度度有得食，個人特別推介西班牙辣肉腸、印度黃咖哩、黑胡椒蟹同埋日式鰻魚，真係每粒都食得出有心機調配過既味道而唔係就咁加食物添加劑去扮個味! 重點都係新鮮即蒸熱辣辣唔會overcook!馬拉小籠包幾有特色而且仲保留到湯汁，勁在真係有肉骨茶既味道而且又唔會好重藥材味，幾值得試下!大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷 & 龍芋酥呢2款真係好正但又奇怪冇咩人講，鮮魷卷已經啖啖魷魚肉而且好彈牙，新鮮炸起加埋有蔬菜一齊食唔會太油膩，唔使任何醬都好好食! 龍芋酥真係好食過平時食既荔芋鴨，因為佢芋頭比例好高而且中間餡料好鮮味，又炸得岩岩好唔會太實心!擔擔麵可以另上擔擔麵醬幾好，老婆怕辣可以逐少加，麵本身都幾彈牙加埋擔擔麵醬其實都真係幾辣下，食落我覺得好惹味。好彩可以另上醬汁，老婆都可以用少少醬食到半碗麵!口水汁龍利魚腸粉另一個好有特色既腸粉，食落魚肉爽滑而且口水汁調味真係岩岩好而辣度係老婆唔食得辣都接受到既提鮮味道，加埋
