To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新裝修後是第一次來, 舊舖就每月都有一兩次, (舊舖變了采蝶軒)地方比較細, 但都好舒服, (因為尖沙咀星光行的北京樓大, 但非常擠迫)水煮牛肉牛肉非常嫩,金菇, 鮮腐竹, 萵筍, 非常爽口, 分量也足夠(北京人家, 是用芽菜, 不是用萵荀,)朋友蔥爆羊肉配兩個燒餅京蔥非常嫩好多, 羊肉好嫩口, 無騷味, 若比較喜歡食羊騷味的朋友, 就失望分量好多, 所以食完兩個燒餅還餘下一半, 只有空口食羊肉健康鮮腐竹抄小棠菜真是一顆顆非常小的小棠菜, 寫是寫浸, 但看到是抄, 但無油, 真的非常健康由于每碟菜比已前舊舖份量大, 所以兩個人都不能食光光看到隔桌的兩位女士, 叫了一碟三鮮抄菜, 及一隻北京填鴨, 當菜上桌時, 立即發出慘叫因為大家都是食開舊舖的份量, 現在新舖的份量真的大好多看到北京填鴨(每隻$360.-)真的想食, 但前提是一定多叫兩個人才食得完呀整體都OK, 服務不錯, 加茶水, 換碟也勤快, 菜式也有相當選擇
