To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平民飯堂就係IKEA, 雖然打著北歐的旗號，但價格未有因此而提升，食物質素有了保証。之前去過瑞典，才發覺HK IKEA真係唔係流的，在瑞典最常見又出名的就係meatball和salmon。今日係沙田IKEA試下有幾北歐。蔬菜薯餅好食又健康，不用點sauce都很可口帶點crispy,但係salad唔係好fresh。Meatball 同我係瑞典食的有9成似，係度食只係$20，但係個度就$100。物超所值！最愛個紅苺醬，唔駛齋食肉咁dry。個 mesh potato and gravy 都好味。Honey sausages有驚喜，$10 三條，去邊度揾？！仲要堅好食，個皮又脆又甜，正！呢個係仲夏之美食，New menu, 炸魚都幾好，唔油利。fettuccine texture 幾厚，感覺幾fresh, 但係個汁真係少左D。整體唔係幾仲夏。Dessert係lemon tart, 有質素，好有fresh lemon味道，Good for summer!再試埋個organic drinks，個packing好得意，唔係好甜，但係味道一般。
