To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咦？係加菲貓呀！誰都喜歡你~一進內便被可愛的加菲貓包圍，無論是紫菜，拉麵碗，牆紙，到處都是加菲貓！未食已經很開心!北海道牛奶半熟蛋拉麵 $85端上來香噴噴的，加入了北海道3.6牛奶，令湯底更香濃，清甜新鮮的粟米粒與牛奶湯底很配，吃光光。拉麵的麵質偏粗且較硬，不會一夾即散，喜歡！掛湯也不錯。可是叉燒失色，沒甚味道，肉質不夠腍， 不會入口即融，半熟蛋偏鹹，而且對我來說過熟了。雖說麵是主角，但配料也需做得更好。芝士蟹柳卷 $48員工有禮貼心，看我不停拍照，便提我趁熱吃，一吃，果然炸得很脆！芝士半融夾在蟹柳中，咬下去芝味湧出來，唯芝士濃香蓋過蟹柳的味道。加菲貓主題由7月1至9月30, 店家更推出加菲貓拉麵碗和帆布袋等精品，$198 便可換購，我覺得帆布袋的設計實用又好看呢！
