花多眼亂,眾多食肆,突然有選擇困難症添朋友說天氣凍,吾使諗緊係打邊爐啦於是上左23/F,吞Pot 。吾知係咪天氣凍嘅關係,平日都要等位好在十分鐘左右就有位喇嗱嗱聲混醬四圍望下,差不多每檯都有叫五顏六色嘅肉丸,睇下Menu 先原來係<十全大寶丸>聽個名都吸引,緊要叫返個顏色鮮豔奪目,緊要相機食先啦每款兩粒,撐檯腳食就最啱喇<手打生拆蟹粉墨魚丸>名附其實的手打丸爽墨魚肉新鮮,份量多,才能打出如此爽甜的墨魚丸,中間是蟹粉,真材實料<手打芝心牛丸>咬開爽口嘅牛肉,芝士慢慢沁出,好特別,好有創意<手打香煎鵝肝蝦丸>蝦肉爽口彈牙,吾似凍肉鋪買的粉壘壘,餡的鵝肝煎得好香,從未試過的配搭,好味又特別,真值得推介<手打黃金海膽黑墨魚丸>混入墨魚汁嘅墨魚丸,夾著份量不少嘅海膽,外爽內林香,口感有不一樣,但味道很夾,真虧吞Pot 能想得出這些做法<手打黑松露墨魚丸>雖然看似平平無奇,但味道出奇的香,每口都有黑松露的香味,墨魚丸亦因混入了黑松露而質感不一樣,不再是爽口彈牙,而是林而香滑打邊爐當然少不了美味嘅雪花牛

有齊牛肋片,雪花牛肉片和雪花牛肉粒,三款的雪花都好靚好均勻,肥美之餘牛味足,選料新鮮上盛,難怪當我們埋單時又有人在等位,下次再嚟都係Book 定檯穩陣啲喇
