《T8 Japanese Cuisine - 中環》前排真係幾乎日日都去食好西,食到個人咀都刁鑽左😂無計,成日都係朋友帶歇選擇困難重症既我去食好野,所以次次都係俾朋友決定食咩🤓今次都唔例外,同朋友喺附近拍完野,朋友話佢今日book 左枱諗住同我去食鐵板燒🤩咁為食既我有好野食當然係舉腳話好啦😆呢間餐廳喺中環區中心地段,位置唔難搵當日朋友安排左食餐廳推薦既《夏祭海鮮套餐》我地被安排坐吧枱正對住師傅現場煮食既位置,所以全晚我地都可以睇住師傅大顯身手😍當晚一共食左九道菜,中間仲有兩款漬物,樣樣都好有特色可以介紹下:💁🏻‍♀️海膽松葉蟹肉果凍前菜係用高湯製作成果凍,入面有兩片海膽同埋拆左殼既蟹肉碎,果凍質地有啲似食上海水晶肴肉果種,不過呢款果凍就會食到濃濃既蟹肉味,作為前菜幾醒胃💁🏻‍♀️季節刺身二款刺身分別有北海道帶子同埋巨肥美既呑拿魚,果然係Fatty Tuna,入口溶左仲要好香魚油味,可惜得兩片🥺而帶子係偏彈牙既果一款,唔會一咬就散開或者一pat pat,餐廳本身已經幫帶子用咗青檸汁同埋岩鹽調味,食既時候唔洗再點任何醬汁👍🏻食得出新鮮的💁🏻‍♀️蠑螺壺燒呢道菜我好鍾意呀♥️蠑螺好彈牙同好鮮,店員話

呢道菜我好鍾意呀♥️蠑螺好彈牙同好鮮,店員話廚師先將螺肉取出再切片,再放番入殼用特製高湯連殼煮滾,上枱既時候個殻仲係好熱,摸上去辣手嘅🥲不過個高湯因為咁所以超級鮮甜😆我恨不得將成個殼拎起嚟直接飲晒入面啲湯

終於到廚師即席烹調既時候,師傅幾下身手將蟶子放喺鐵板上面煎煮,香噴噴,個個都圍住影相🤓往往新鮮既食材就只需要簡單既烹調👍🏻蟶子王有兩種不同既口感,近頭部分比較彈牙同緊致,而裙邊位置就比較鮮嫩

又係要飲曬啲湯既菜式,師傅用咗清酒連殼煮熟啲蜆,蜆肉煮得剛剛好咬落無渣,每人都分到七、八粒,上面既明太子有提鮮既作用,令到個湯更鮮甜,清酒喺煮嘅過程中將入面嘅酒精揮發晒,所以唔驚飲完個湯醉醺醺🥴

一到餐廳已經見到啲瀨尿蝦喺枱上郁來郁去等我地今晚食佢🤩師傅喺鐵板上面煎香左瀨尿蝦再起肉,大大條飽滿既蝦膏露左出黎😍師傅再放左啲烏魚子碎喺蝦肉上面,令海鮮味更出,同埋烏魚子碎本身自帶天然咸香味,所以食瀨尿蝦既時候就唔洗另外再點調味😋

去到主菜就梗係食炒飯架啦😎又到師傅表演既時候,飯炒得乾身而且粒粒分明,大量櫻花蝦令到成碗飯都好有口感,師傅好細心炒之前問我哋要唔要蔥花、使唔使走蔥,十分貼心👍🏻咁啱全枱人都啱食所以就按照師傅做法去炒啦🫶🏻

鯛魚濃湯同埋炒菜係一齊端上嘅,食完炒飯後我首先試佢個炒菜,一食先發現個菜有陣松露味😍原來師傅喺炒嘅過程落咗白松露醬,令到本來平平無奇嘅炒雜菜多咗一陣香氣👍🏻而鯛魚濃湯作為結尾前真係非常適合,魚湯本來就比人感覺非常滋潤同充滿膠原☺️餐廳提前將個魚湯隔左渣,淨返湯既精華端上比客人,客人可以一飲而盡😌飲完個胃暖笠笠好舒服

最後上嘅甜品有香蕉天婦羅配上黑糖紅豆雪糕,再喺上面淋上黑糖醬,黑糖紅豆雪糕唔會太甜,凍冰冰襯托返香蕉天婦羅脆脆地既質感😆如果唔怕太甜嘅話可以用個香蕉點少少佢個黑糖醬,甜絲絲的為呢一餐作一個圓滿嘅結尾♥️
