今日同朋友慶祝生日,我地揀左間食芝士雞煲同打邊爐既餐廳,實行一邊滾住慶祝。首先,叫左個黃金芝士雞煲 ,我哋四個人所以叫咗個細嘅,因為驚食唔晒,同埋仲想食打邊爐嘅嘢。等左大約10分鐘,個雞煲就食得啦,係聞到好香嘅芝士味。煲入邊都有10幾件雞,所以都好夠我地食。每件雞肉都俾芝士包圍着,非常香濃,而且雞肉仲好嫩滑。食完雞煲之後,就開始揀嘢食打邊爐啦。好欣賞有啲蔬菜可以叫半份半份咁叫,可以食到多啲嘢食。另外,選擇亦都好多,所以我哋就每樣都有叫到一啲。跟住店員就幫我地加左啲湯來打邊爐啦,係好香嘅芝士湯。首先碌左d虎蝦食先,每隻顧客都有筷子咁長,蝦肉好新鮮,好爽口同彈牙, 蝦頭仲要有好多蝦膏好鮮甜!跟住就係叫我最愛嘅花膠啦,碌完之後,花膠好入味同滑滑,非常煙韌。有啲打邊爐鋪頭,花膠會縮水嘅,但呢種唔會,碌完之後仲好大舊跟住就係朋友介紹嘅哈哈蝦中寶,係雙重蝦,係蝦膠包住啲原隻蝦,面頭仲要有啲蝦子,真係哈哈哈蝦蝦...真係好爽口同彈牙,最啱我哋啲鍾意食蝦嘅人仲有烏冬,好煙韌又夠滑滑,仲吸收晒啲芝士嘅精華打邊爐最緊要就係食肥牛,係為咗慶祝朋友生日就食好啲,食和牛叫咗個特級手切和牛。顏色非常之先紅,脂肪同
