To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一星期放肆一次嘅早餐，搬左黎南昌一段日子，通常一星期至少一次深水埗買餸，順便試下早餐，附近好多茶記，逐間試都有排試，今朝望左幾間，見華園有豬潤面早餐只係$33,有朱潤面，多士，炒旦，餐肉，奶茶，唔貴。奶茶:夠味，無反，夠滑朱潤面：湯冇泡夠羗味，雞粉味不太重。豬潤夠厚，爽身，冇血水味。面就一般大光面，淥得唔錯。多士：厚多士黎講都算香脆炒旦，餐肉就一般茶記貨色回頭程度：應該會再去

奶茶:夠味，無反，夠滑
朱潤面：湯冇泡夠羗味，雞粉味不太重。豬潤夠厚，爽身，冇血水味。面就一般大光面，淥得唔錯。
多士：厚多士黎講都算香脆
炒旦，餐肉就一般茶記貨色
回頭程度：應該會再去
