年青的時候不太喜歡坐吧枱食拉麵,但是去過日本多幾次之後,才發覺原來坐吧枱係咁有風味,睇住煮拉麵師傅的功架,時間控制,煮麵的步驟,對處理食物的認真態度,心心感受到他們的誠意。九州拉麵是「橫綱」以前的招牌菜,但近年多咗其他款式,少咗人推介九州拉麵,今次就試下其他美食;魚豚骨拉麵,內有大大塊豚肉,再加上香濃的魚湯及其他配料,好味;雞串小食,滑滑雞肉,燒烤得香噴噴,好味;煎餃子,在拉麵店怎能不吃煎餃子,必食;九州拉麵,仍然係卅年前的經典味道,必食推介。
