To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無來過喇,一來覺得apm多人又無得book位,二來又行得遠不過今日約左frd食,就來呢度喇!來之前睇左個menu,本來想揀串燒的。點知今日換左個menu一人餐有前菜,主菜同甜品。唔同主菜係唔同價錢的。前菜有湯,沙律或小食可選,我揀左蝦多士。塊多士睇落好硬,但食落唔錯外脆內軟。個魚露汁甜甜酸酸,可以解漏主菜揀左炒金邊粉。味道唔錯,不過無wok氣。仲有啲粉有點兒lim口,唔夠乾身。兩隻大蝦幾爽蛋糕上面嗰層凍冰冰,唔知咩來的。之前問過個丫姐是日甜品係乜,佢話藍莓蛋糕。但一啲藍莓味都無紫色的食落有啲沙沙的口感,好似未完全解凍咁。下面嗰層係蛋糕,無乜特別前菜同主菜都ok,可以encore試多幾款。
