日本知名連鎖定食店“大户屋”在港開業多年,多間分店相繼成立,惟獨鐘情銅鑼灣分店,昨天約了友人在銅鑼灣金朝陽二期五樓的大户屋午膳,由於此店頗受歡迎,我11:45分已提前攞枱。我們坐近靠窗的座位,侍應提醒我們用餐時間是個半鐘,可想而知此店人流不少,我們亦配合地點了兩款定食,分别為燒生薑醬油牛脷和燒花魚定食。燒牛脷是我的至爱,配以冶味的醬汁,燒得香味四溢,恰到好處,優質牛脷嫩滑,爽口不黏牙。燒花魚賣相討好,魚身燒至金黃色,皮脆肉香,配以蘿葡蓉一同進食,非常美味可口。埋單$254,盡享美味的一餐。
