話說入谷一段時間, 試過幾間谷友推介嘅 “廚師發板”, 大開眼界. 早幾日, 突然諗起老友 “波比” 十幾年前帶我嚟 “鮨海” 食晚飯...🥰 諗諗下, 當年 “波比” 俾咗個預算師傅, 食物就自動送上, 其實就係傳說中嘅 Omakase! 真係開心大發現, "原來" 果次係我第一次食 “廚師發板”.🥢 “鮨海” 午市主攻套餐. 坐吧枱嘅話, 壽司套餐嘅壽司就逐件上, 非常抵玩. 餐廳設多張方枱及一張L形10人壽司吧枱. 今日再訪, 點咗 “特選壽司套餐”, $300+10%, 包頭盤, 沙律, 十件壽司, 吞拿魚手卷, 麵豉湯, 甜品.🍆 頭盤: 茄子. 我唔鍾意食茄子, 但呢個出奇地好食.🥗 沙律. 蔬菜新鮮, 超級合格.🍣 第一件... 笛吹鯛. 食到少少橘子味, 肉質較柔軟, 唔錯.第二件... 𩶘魚, 配三升漬. 肉質都係偏柔軟, 三升漬味道唔明顯, 但係賣相加分.第三件... 赤貝. 鮮甜, 爽口.第四件... 帆立貝. 鮮甜, 算係爽身.第五件... 石鯛. 肉質煙韌, 唔錯.第六件... 池魚, 配蔥茸. 重魚味, 我鍾意.第七件... 深海池魚. 肉質結實, 油份豐

🤗 總結: 環境闊落, 服務周到, 師傅清晰介紹魚料名稱, 食物質素OK. 午市壽司套餐嘅壽司玩逐件上, 性價比非常吸引. 有機會再試 “廚師發板”.
