朋友聚會,順便提早做冬,揀咗呢間午市火鍋放題,四小時任飲任食(12:00-16:00),可以慢慢食,又夠哂時間吹水。揀咗最貴嘅套餐「#4 特上牛小排」,$318,另收加一。(雖然係平日,但因為係特別日子,所以收費有調整)湯底揀咗蕃茄豬骨湯,清清哋但又夠味,不錯。牛類主攻牛小排,海鮮主攻鮑魚、蠔。・特上牛小排,一碟三片,前後叫咗十零碟,夠軟嫩又有肉味,大部分都OK,但有三碟偏多肥膏・澳洲M5和牛,一碟三片,只要咗兩碟,雖然賣相不錯,但肉質唔太滑,好有𡁻頭,而且肉味唔多・美國極黑和牛SRF,一碟兩片,只要咗一碟,太瘦,少嚡少韌・巴黎牛脷托,好壞參半,有啲爽口彈牙,有啲好韌・鮑魚,我估每人都食咗至少半打,彈牙,唔韌,少許鮮甜・蠔,我估每人都食咗至少半打,好大隻,唔縮水,鮮味・海參仔,迷你版,一口一隻,爽口,過吓口癮・蝦,正常,隻隻都彈牙,肉身唔梅,但應該係養蝦・八爪魚仔,切件,有身有鬚,爽口,過吓口癮・田雞,腿位無俾身位,大隻,但無咩味熟食有乳鴿,但室溫唔夠熱,皮亦唔脆。今次無鴨舌(上年食過),可惜。酒類有清酒、啤酒(Asahi 係日本版)。整體用餐體驗,好似無上次咁出色,雖然唔差,但感覺有

整體用餐體驗,好似無上次咁出色,雖然唔差,但感覺有些少退步了。
