To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等左成半個鐘咩都未上 話廚房出漏咗單 10點開始的放題 搭9先有野食上 仲要到11:08就同我講last order放題得兩個鐘 上菜咁慢 好早就last order廚房出錯 個場都唔算多人 都可以出錯呢啲嘢都已經扣晒分 食物質素都只係一般 食物種類小 今個月個餐牌無特別 一般酒樓食物無一樣野覺得好出眾會想再食 完全對唔起呢個價錢 唯一比較好嘅係 員工服務態度ok差唔多價錢以前會展嘅金紫荊點心放題高質過佢好多聲去酒樓食無咁嬲 不會推薦
