今日午後和朋友到了將軍澳寶琳運亨路新都城中心一期揾食,看見地下有一間名叫“蒲羅”主打地道東南亞菜的餐廳。門外擺放了兩個banner,正在推廣越南美食套餐,選擇亦多,都頗為吸引,於是就進入店內一嚐這間餐廳的美食。這裏地方雖然不算大,但坐得都頗為舒服,且光線充足。我揀了越式烤豬頸肉配撈檬+熱檸檬水套餐 (可轉配米飯) $58豬頸肉上蓋滿了炸蒜片、花生碎和葱粒,底層是蔬菜絲。豬頸肉醃得非常入味,不覺肥膩,外脆內軟,咬落還有微微的肉汁流進口腔裏,再連同炸蒜片、花生碎和葱粒一齊食,層次感十足,提升了豬頸肉的香味。蔬菜絲感覺鮮嫩爽脆,檬粉不太冧也不太靱,恰到好處,再淋上少許甜甜酸酸的醬汁,令人胃口大開,感覺清新。
