曾經,我對Fofo el Willy,留有美好印象;可惜一頓Restaurant Week午餐,給扭轉了..是生意難做還是時移世易?我不知道,也許週日的中環,本不是用餐的理想區域,不論多好的餐廳也會變調.宴請朋友午膳,對方抱著期待心情而來最後不免失望而回,像是本來陽光普照,驟然煙雨濛濛,像近日的天氣.午餐頭盤我們同選了蟹肉雜菜沙拉,室溫蟹肉混以wasabi mayonnaise,鋪在底下的雜菜若干變成枯黃瘀色,看來是一早準備好卻放久了的模樣..天氣已夠悶熱,吃上毫不涼快的沙拉,説不上好滋味.朋友的香煎鱸魚,魚皮沾上脆粉,煎得甘香,可惜魚肉過熟嚡口,亦偏咸,是一早以鹽調味久放了變成醃製的結果..處理海鮮尤其魚柳首要注意事項,是臨烹調時才撒以塩白胡椒僻腥,過早準備,新鮮魚隨時變成咸魚馬介休..我的慢煑蛋配炸薯絲,雖然蛋的生熟度尚欠火喉,不過薯絲十分香脆,配合Iberico ham一起進食,脆滑交織,咸淡互補,蠻可口.主菜,海鮮飯Seafood juicy rice,水準一如過往不賴,米飯彈牙已夠入味,滿有海鮮湯汁精華,上面幾枚青口,帶子和蝦,只是畫龍點睛罷.至於香煎Iberico Pork

至於香煎Iberico Pork,配以BBQ sauce和苦白菜,碟上豬肉質地既韌且嚡,肥膏也不少,要嘴嚼很久才嚥得下,除了配菜,苦白菜本身味道獨特,其他沒有可取之處,鄰桌顧客亦食剩頗多..Iberico Pork也有很多不同出產農埸和檔次吧?大家不要再將它神化和合理化.另外廚藝不佳,給你多好的食材也只有浪費;一般餐廳的午餐,通常由級別和經驗稍遜的廚師主理,因此質素相對參差..

最後甜點Churros跟餐飲同上,咖啡香濃可口,跟油炸麵條很搭檔,讓納悶的心情再次提昇起來~拉上補下,不完全失望的一餐,至少對我而言.
