To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天想吃日本菜，又有兩張美心券，一於到千両食午餐。由於友人拎位，一去到就坐低。但12點半時門口都有不少人等位，所以想食應該要12點到了。叫了兩客壽司十件set，二百幾蚊左右。他的沙律有魷魚和秋葵，魷魚煙煙韌韌配上芝麻醬，又幾配合。海膽鮮甜，每一塊也很完整，沒有已溶了一Pat的樣子。拖羅亦很肥美，可惜都是有根的，不過不算多。油甘魚很好食，油脂充足，很有光澤。其餘的魚也很鮮甜。這個份量和質素的壽司性價比很高， 10分推介！
