To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同同事去食晏,由於周圍都多人,決定去事必要排隊既漁樂,反而等左8分鐘左右,就已經有位了。三個人入到去各有各叫,同事A要札肉肉丸河、同事B要沙嗲雞扒蛋飯、我就要炒金邊粉,由於天氣太熱我加左$8要青檸菠蘿soda、同事A要可樂冰底、而同事B竟然仲飲熱奶茶。講返味道,同事B:雞扒夠乾身、蛋夠脆,但汁太少。同事A:味道ok, 但未夠飽。我:味道/份糧都滿意,係碟邊有辣粉,唔記得叫佢走。而飲品方面,可樂冰底,但鑵汽水無雪過,雪左好啲,青檸冰就唔甜囉...都好少甜。奶茶就唔洗問喇...咁熱仲飲熱飲...
